Tree Frogs at Night

Baringo County, Kenya
Notes:

The evenings at Kirandich dam can get quite windy, but this does not deter the Tree frogs from calling to advertise for mates from their reed perches.

These fascinating frogs are remarkably vocal, especially after dark. Their loud chirps, whistles and high-pitched peeping calls loudly pierce through the windy evenings at the dam and are heard throughout the evenings and eventually quiet down just about midnight, before peaking again in the early hours of the morning.
