A peaceful and lovely morning, right after the dawn chorus peak.
The gear took good shelter on an enormous fig tree (Ficus luschnathiana), overlooking the primary forest ahead. Behind it’s regrowth of about 30 years. Altogether this large area is said to be the best preserved area of the state, with a number of different mammals still roaming the grounds and trees. The waters that embrace it are crystalline clear and fresh.
A possible definition of paradise, perhaps.
