Listen to gentle rain falling in a British forest. I recorded this soundscape using small microphones that I placed on trees under thick branches at the heart of a deciduous forest. Halfway through you can hear the dawn chorus starting softly, although it never gets to the full-on levels you can hear on a sunny morning. Otherwise all you can hear is gentle relaxing rain.
