Calm evening at the mountain lagoon located at 4000m. Situated in Páramo which is an important alpine tundra ecosystem, located in the Andes mountains range between the treeline and glaciers (average altitude 3500 – 4000m). This rare habitat is a remarkable natural wonder that is found only in a few places on Earth. The landscape is characterized by a diverse range of vegetation, mainly consisting of towering rosette plants, shrubs, and sprawling grasses.
