A lively evening chorus of birds at a wetland at the American Prairie preserve in Central Montana. Surrounded by gentle, rolling hills of prairie grasses and forbs, Telegraph Creek winds a sinuous path among the willows and cottonwoods. Warblers, thrushes, chats, doves, and pheasant contribute at the peak of the breeding season in early June, 2024.
