After a hot summer day, the sun finally sets behind the mountain peaks, and the wild lake transforms into a whole other spectrum of colors, light, and sound. In mid-July, the birds and other animals are less active than in spring, but I like the subtle ambience of different acoustic elements, not too chaotic and saturated together. What shocked me was the amount of mosquitos this year here; it felt like in the tropical jungle.
